SecureConnect is a management dashboard for Outline VPN servers. It gives IT teams a centralized interface to deploy servers, create encrypted access keys, assign them to users, monitor bandwidth usage, and enforce data limits — all without touching the command line.
Yes. SecureConnect manages existing Outline VPN servers — it does not host the VPN itself. You can run Outline on any cloud provider (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.) and connect it to SecureConnect via its management API URL. Setup takes under two minutes per server.
Outline uses the Shadowsocks protocol with AEAD encryption, which is resistant to detection and blocking. SecureConnect adds management features on top: role-based access control, per-key data limits, usage monitoring, and automated alerts — so you always know who has access and how it's being used.
